All these hadiths that circulate throughout tumblr, without the source such as the chain of narration, book, etc.. What if one of them happens to be false?

Do you guys know how dangerous it can be? 

Narrated al-Mughira:

I heard the Prophet saying,

“ascribing false things to me is not like ascribing false things to anyone else. Whosoever tells a lie against me intentionally then surely let him occupy his seat in Hell-Fire.” I heard the Prophet saying, “The deceased who is wailed over is tortured for that wailing.”  - (Al-Bukhari, Book #23, Hadith #378)

The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu `alaihi wa sallam) said:

“Whoever relates from me a Hadeeth which is thought to be a lie (or which he thinks is a lie), then he is (also) one of the liars.”

Reported by Muslim in the Introduction to his Saheeh (1). “Say not concerning that which your tongues put forth falsely: ‘This is lawful and this is forbidden,’ so as to invent lies against Allaah. Surely, those who invent lies against Allaah will never prosper. ” (An-Nahl 16:116)
