if we can just take a minute to read surah al fatiha for the martyrs of Pakistan that are being killed because of the school of thought they adhere to in the religion of Islam.

I see this picture and I want to thank Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala ,for I have been ungrateful to Him. I complain because of all the dishes I have to wash; because of the laundry I have to do; because sometimes I don’t want to eat a particular dish that my mum cooks; because sometimes my clothes aren’t ironed, etc etc etc…
And I forget that some people out there don’t have anything to eat; they don’t have a roof on their head; they don’t have their parents love; they sometimes sleep on pavements, in public parks, in isolated cars.
When I started counting my blessings,my whole life turned around.

I hope the world realizes that Tariq Jahan, a Pakistani Muslim, lost his beloved son for no good reason at all. That he kept his calm and urged the community to avoid violence of any kind. People deliberately and severaly misunderstand Muslims around the globe. This gentleman has proven to you and me that the true Muslim always, always forgives and holds no grudge against the world no matter how brutal it gets. Thank you, Tariq Jahan, for existing.
